Now in its third decade of innovation, Leaderskill^® Group has pioneered the application of Accelerated Learning techniques in every area of consulting and training, helped establish Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) in Australia in 1979, and published articles on the effectiveness of these methods. Our aim has been to maximise the contributions people make through the use of Facilitative Leadership, Teamwork and Communication Skills, with corresponding climate surveys.

The same intention led us in 1995 to introduce Peter Farey's 360 degree feedback survey (Upward Feedback^®) and begin direct processing on the Internet in early 1999.

Today, the Leaderskill^® Group brings together Australian and international experts in the integrated support of our clients in their process of transformation and growth. We are active in both public and private sectors in Australia and New Zealand, South Africa, Canada, India, Saudi Arabia, USA and UK.
