Phil Schluter Training & Consulting Services Pty Ltd was established in 1990 to provide independent, high quality training and consulting services.

Phil Schluter, the Principal Consultant, has a Bachelor of Business (major in Marketing), Graduate Diploma of Further Education, and over 25 years experience in Management, Training and Education. He is the accredited Upward Feedback^® trainer for South Australia and is presently facilitating Upward Feedback^® to all operational teams of the South Australian Ambulance Service.

Won Department of Defence tender to provide Competency Based Training Modules for Administrative Officers for a three year period.

• Successfully implementing on-going cultural change projects involving management, staff and stakeholders, extensive team training, customer service improvement, and management support programs in four major organisations:

  • IMP Engineering Pty Ltd
  • BHP Flat Products Division
    
• Designed and presented Self-Directed Learning Competency Based Modules for Supervisor Development Program and Mentors (Australia wide) BHP Steel Group.
   
• Customer service/personal development training programs for long-term unemployed. Negotiated over $1.5 million with Commonwealth Government on behalf of BP Oil.
   
• Principal Consultant to the South Australian Management Scheme, an Action Learning Program involving course work, placement and action research for Commonwealth Government Employees for South Australian Management Development.
   
• Now implementing Upward Feedback^® in the South Australian Ambulance Service, considered to be at the head of Australia's emergency services.
