John holds accreditations for use and interpretation of TMS, "DiSC", Myers Briggs Type Indicator, Upward Feedback®, Situational Leadership (II) and psychometric/Ability Testing to Level "A" standard. To support his ongoing professional development, John has completed the "Workplace Trainer" Certificate IV qualification and is currently undertaking post-graduate studies in Change Management at the AGSM.
