Harnessing the Power of 360° Feedback

We believe in the power of feedback to increase self-awareness, and facilitate individual and organisational change. We also believe in the power of teams and whole team learning. As experienced HR practitioners, we work with 360Facilitated®/Upward Feedback® as a key resource to achieve learning and change through harnessing the power of team feedback.

360Facilitated® provides what is missing in many 360° processes - a structured approach to feedback which is supported by experienced independent facilitation. Several of our clients have now experienced the power of 360Facilitated®, and are continuing to benefit from the changes it has brought about for individuals, teams and the organisation as a whole. Below are some examples of how 360Facilitated® has assisted a number of our clients -

  • The IT department of a large financial institution used Upward Feedback to help improve their technical team’s performance as people managers
  • An extremely dynamic and creative marketing manager learned to value teamworking and develop a strong team – with the input from the team members themselves

Principal : John Murlewski


John has had substantial experience of line and HR management, at senior levels in the airline industry in the U.K. After migrating to Australia in 1995, John worked for three years as General Manager with a major training provider before becoming a Director of Results Through People.

John has had experience in all the major HR disciplines and as a consultant, has specialised in the areas of Assessment, Recruitment/Selection, Performance Management, HR Policy Development and Team/leadership Development.


Recent consulting assignments have included:

  • Developing position descriptions and a performance management system for the Western Sydney Waste Board

  • Running Assessment Centres for Australia Post and APRA

  • Designing and participating in Development Centres for Marks & Spencers (Hong Kong)

  • Developing, designing and implementing Performance Management system for HotHouse (a web design/Internet company)

  • Developing IT competencies for Vodafone

  • Conducting climate survey and producing HR Policies/Procedures/induction process for Tower Technology (Document imaging/IT company)

  • Training delivery in Performance Management, Time Management, Outlook '98 and Leadership/ Workplace Trainer" Certificate IV Team Skill Development.

John holds accreditations for use and interpretation of TMS, "DiSC", Myers Briggs Type Indicator, Upward Feedback®, Situational Leadership (II) and psychometric/Ability Testing to Level "A" standard.

To support his ongoing professional development, John has completed the "Workplace Trainer" Certificate IV qualification and is currently undertaking post-graduate studies in Change Management at the AGSM.
