Narelle K Kennedy

Prior to moving into HR Consultancy three years ago Narelle Kennedy enjoyed 12 years as a senior HR practitioner in the dynamic pharmaceutical industry. Narelle’s qualifications in business administration and training together with her earlier administrative and marketing experience in industries as diverse as social/youth services, heavy engineering/ mining and pharmaceuticals has anchored her approaches to HR strategy in a strongly commercial, practical and results oriented base. Accredited in 360 Facilitated®/Upward Feedback® and an Investors in People Adviser, Narelle has developed an insightful and constructive diagnostic approach which underpins the development of workable strategies.
