& 360s
We can customise a Web interface to your corporate
image and give you the power to conduct your own highly
flexible custom surveys/questionnaires and 360 degree feedback
surveys on the Internet, and print them directly and immediately.
If your aim is to measure organization climate or manager
performance against selected competencies and skills, you can do
this, using your own questions, groupings and scales, with options
to invite free comments at any point.
The system you design can be used by Staff, Peers, Customers
internal and external, Managers/ Professionals and others, and
their Managers, etc. to assess competencies or performance or
perceptions. Your survey will be:

- Monitored, processed and printed by you
- Secure, easy to use and administer

Customising our Leader/Manager
Surveys
The universality of the Leader/Manager Model is proved by the
fact that customisation of questions is rarely requested. However,
working around the world in every kind of industry, it has
sometimes been necessary to make local adjustments. We are glad to
assist with your requirements.
Mapping Organizational Competencies
If your organization has defined a set of competencies for
managers, they will usually fit within the Leader/Manager Model and
can be mapped directly onto, and measured by, the
questionnaires. The benefit of our 360 degree feedback model is
that it will also include other
competencies that may be critical to a particular team and
manager within the organization.
If your organization has not defined specific competencies,
the Leader/Manager Model provides the framework from which your
people can themselves identify what they consider is relevant to
measuring their performance.

onto the Leader/Manager Model, please ask us for details.
Additional questions
Specialised skills such as technical or legal lie outside of the
